Wednesday through Sunday: Compulsory guided tour of 45 minutes at 4:00 p.m. (18 pers. max)
Maison de la Faïence
Wednesday through Sunday: from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Self-guided tour. Complimentary audio-guide (in French) available.
The museum is closed on bank holidays.
GROUP VISITS
Group visits upon reservation (10 or more)
Groups are welcomed from Wednesday to Saturday am.
Maison Gallé-Juillet: tour with an official museum guide (only).
- Maison de la Faïence: independent viewing or tour with an official museum guide.
- Advance bookings are required for visiting the museum with a group.

ADMISSIONS
Payment in cash, checks, bank cards, or ANCV holiday vouchers (chèques vacances).
General Admission Fees
- Full rate: 6.50 € (both museums included)
- Reduced-price: 3.50 €
- Free admission
Free admission on the first Sunday of each month and for children under 18 years old.
Groups Admission Fees (10 persons and over)
- Reduced price: 4.50 € / 50 € per person, free admission
VIGIPIRATE PLAN
Under the Vigipirate plan and to ensure the safety of our visitors, the museum is strictly applying the security measures decided by the french authorities.
Luggage and big items are not allowed.
At the entrance of the museum, please submit your opened bags at the request of the staff.

GETTING TO THE MUSEUM
Only 35 minutes by train from Paris and easy access by road.
The museum is located inside the courtyard of the city hall.
By car
Fill “Mairie de Creil” in your GPS.

From Paris by train
Paris (gare du nord train station) – Creil : 35 minutes
Walking to the museum from the train station should take about 10 minutes.
